Registered accounts

Owners can record properties and lease drafts, invite tenants and use maintenance and inspection workflows. The rental calendar is a personal planning aid; it does not deliver notices or verify payment.

Important limitations

No independent proof of paid rent, accredited NSFAS accommodation, forensic defect cause, ownership identity or qualified electronic signature is provided. Do not withhold rent, make deposit deductions, evict anyone or alter legally binding terms solely because a demonstration or automated checklist suggested it.

Before wider marketing

Formal support, reviewed lease templates, personal data procedures, authenticated two-user acceptance testing, penetration tests, backup/restore drills and banking or signing-provider integrations remain outstanding.
