The public sample homes and stories are fictional. Any trial calendar reminders are stored in your own browser and can be erased when clearing site data.

Registered users

Account registration stores name, email address and a password-derived hash. Data submitted through the portal can include property and rental-unit information, lease terms, tenant invitations, inspection photographs, maintenance reports and payment-reference claims, held in the service's PostgreSQL database.

Access and sharing

The beta uses authenticated sessions and account/lease roles to restrict private data. Independent penetration tests, retention schedules, backups and incident response have not yet been fully verified. Real bank settlement, NSFAS accreditation and identity verification are not connected.

Outstanding privacy operations

A final approved POPIA notice, named responsible-party contact and support route, data-access and deletion procedures, and legal review are required before a general commercial launch. Please do not upload identity documents, card details or other highly sensitive information during testing.
