Detecting your browser…

You can always open KayaGuard using its HTTPS web address.

    Android — Google / Samsung / Motorola

    1. Open KayaGuard in Chrome, Edge, or a browser with home-screen app support.
    2. Use the browser menu (⋮) and choose Install app or Add to Home screen.
    3. Accept the official browser prompt. Open the KayaGuard icon.
    If your browser offers only a shortcut, the website still works online.

    Huawei / Honor / Xiaomi / Redmi / Poco / Oppo / Vivo / Realme / OnePlus

    1. Open KayaGuard in the phone's browser over HTTPS.
    2. Open the browser menu and look for Add to Home screen, Create shortcut or Install app (wording varies).
    3. If installation isn't offered, use the secure website directly or try another supported browser.
    Huawei devices without Google services can still use the website. Browser/firmware support for installation varies.

    iPhone / iPad

    1. Open KayaGuard in Safari.
    2. Tap Share and select Add to Home Screen.
    3. Turn on Open as Web App, if offered, then tap Add.
    On iPhone the browser does not provide the same install prompt as Android.

    Windows / macOS / desktop

    1. Open KayaGuard in Chrome or Edge.
    2. Use Install app from the browser's address bar or Apps menu.
    3. On macOS Safari, choose File → Add to Dock, when available.
    The app is a web app, not a downloaded desktop executable.

    How KayaGuard stays updated

    While connected, KayaGuard checks its release when opened, when you return to it, and periodically while in use. It updates the browser service worker and reloads the page when a newer version is ready. If a form has unsaved text, it asks you to complete or save it before refreshing.

    For security, sensitive records and account pages cannot load from an old offline cache. If the network is down, reconnect to use the latest version.

    Current web release: 4.14.0. The operating system controls home-screen installation and may update the app icon/manifest separately.

    Safety first: KayaGuard is not an Android APK. Never disable Play Protect, unknown-app warnings or device security checks to install this web app. Only use https://kayaguard-pwa-production.up.railway.app. This beta does not yet have live payments, verified rental owners, or certified legal signing.
